Two people were taken to the hospital after a multiple car accident in Roundup. Two cars collided causing a vehicle slowdown. This in turn caused another chain reaction of accidents.

Montana Highway Patrol trooper Kyle Hayter said, “As a result of the first crash, some vehicles were parked along the road and checking on them-another vehicle then came through and rear-ended a few of them- a few of those cars- causing them to go in the ditch.”

The initial accident happened when a driver tried to make a u-turn and was hit by another car. Conditions on the road were slippery due to a snowfall. None of the injuries were considered serious.
